For this project, Kingspan provided a complete building envelope solution of the KingZip Infiniti roof and wall systems, which are known for their durability, energy efficiency, and ease of installation. What sets them apart is their ability to create extraordinary geometric buildings with complex shapes and forms. This innovative product has taken the design and construction of building envelopes to new heights, allowing architects and designers to push the boundaries of creativity.
One of the key challenges was achieving an iconic architectural design without compromising the building’s weather resistance and insulation performance. With Kingspan's KingZip Infiniti system, the complex geometries of the Air Traffic Control Tower and Base Building were easily achieved. The innovative product was installed seamlessly, creating a continuous, weather-tight envelope and modern element to the design of the building, making it a prominent landmark for the airport.
