The Shaheed Park Theatre is a one-of-a-kind, modern and futuristic performance space located in Kuwait City, Kuwait. This challenging project required a complex geometry design for the 3D structure, and Kingspan’s skill and experience in this area made them the ideal partner for the project.
To meet the project’s requirements, Kingspan proposed the use of their innovative KingZip Infiniti and Triangular Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) products. The KingZip Infiniti is a high-performance standing seam insulated metal roof system that offers superior weather protection, thermal efficiency, and design flexibility.
The Triangular ACPs, on the other hand, provide a sleek and modern aesthetic, while also being lightweight and durable. The combination of KingZip Infiniti and Triangular ACPs proved to be the perfect solution for the Shaheed Park Theatre. The unique shape and design of the theatre required a roofing and cladding system that could be customized to fit the complex geometry.
With Kingspan’s expert team working closely with the project architects, the KingZip Infiniti and Triangular ACPs were able to be manufactured and installed in precise dimensions, resulting in a perfect fit for the theatre’s unconventional design. Kingspan’s involvement in the Shaheed Park, Phase III Theatre project highlights the commitment to innovative and sustainable building solutions.
