“The design of the building had to meet the client’s expectations. Since this is a company operating in various countries across Europe and around the world, we certainly had to adopt its corporate design, which was most evident in the colour scheme and individual details of the building. As the building in question is primarily a production hall, all production processes are carried out inside the building. The building also had to properly represent the company for which it was built, and this is emphasised at the main entrance to the building. The rest of the building was studied and designed as rationally as possible, both in terms of design and material selection, in order to meet the budget requirements that had to be observed.” - ARCH. Interview with the lead architect, Ms Nora Roje
Were there any special requirements or features that influenced your decision to use this system in the project?
NR: The project in question involved a production hall with specific requirements related to its production process. We recognised that Kingspan, with its product range, could meet the requirements demanded by the project and its specific characteristics.
A very important factor was the deadline, which was very short, and it was necessary to be sure that the selected manufacturer would be able to meet the project deadlines.
2. What made you use our system/product in your project? What was the reason for this choice?
NR: The reason for using Kingspan systems and products was based on the recommendation and request of the investor and the supervising engineer.
3. What is your opinion of the final result? Did the Kingspan product meet your expectations?
NR: We are satisfied with the final result. We believe that the selected products fully met all the requirements of our design.
4. In general, how satisfied were you with the speed of construction/installation of Kingspan products?
NR: Regarding the delivery and installation speed of Kingspan products on site, everything was in line with the agreed deadlines.
