HEG Gida is one of Turkey's leading flour-based food processing companies. The 65,000m2 first phase construction of their latest food processing campus, located in the Balıkesir Organized Industrial Zone, has been recently completed. The facility will be commissioned and opened in February 2022 with the attendance of the President of the Republic of Turkey.

Designed according to DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) Code
The campus includes dairy processing, bakery goods and assembly lines for ready-made catering products (sandwiches, cakes, pastry products) which are supplied to professional wholesalers within the region, including airline catering companies
The project will provide training and support to the surrounding towns within the scope of social activities and is expected to employ 1200 staff for its operation
Apart from the production departments, the project facilitates logistics and shipping sections, administration building, hotel, printing house, organic market, and parking lots
