You can apply for an internship with us at any time, whether you need to complete a school or university placement or want to gain practical work experience. You’ll have the chance to contribute to real projects, learn from experienced colleagues and discover different areas of our business.

What does the recruitment process look like?

Our recruitment process has five steps:

1. Apply online
   Submit your application for a role that interests you.

2. HR screening
   Our recruitment team reviews your profile and contacts selected candidates.

3. Interview
   You’ll meet with an HR representative and the hiring manager to discuss your experience and expectations.

4. Feedback
   We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

5. Offer and onboarding
   Successful candidates receive an offer and support as they begin their journey with Kingspan.
