Eva’s Journey

When Eva joined Kingspan in 2020 as a Customer Service Assistant, she was stepping into a completely new industry as a career changer. What she remembers most is how quickly her colleagues made her feel welcome and part of the team.

For Eva, entering a new industry was not a barrier, but an opportunity to learn, broaden her horizons and develop new skills.

Her commitment soon opened new doors. In 2023, Eva became a Team Leader, taking her first steps into leadership and learning how to support and develop others. At the same time, she continued investing in her own development, completing a bachelor’s degree in business administration and business psychology while working full-time.

Today, as Customer Service Manager, Eva enjoys supporting her team, improving processes and turning ideas into meaningful changes.

Eva also values the international character of CEME, where working with colleagues from different countries and cultures creates opportunities to exchange ideas and learn from one another.

Her story is a reminder that your starting point does not define where you can go. Stay open to learning, take on new challenges and step outside your comfort zone.

Outside of work, Eva recharges by spending time with family and friends and enjoying her passion for sports, including football, basketball, tennis and American football.
