Ferenc’s Journey

When Ferenc joined Kingspan in 2023 as a Senior Controller, what stood out most was the support he received from the people around him. Learning new systems and processes was a challenge, but his colleagues were always ready to share their knowledge and help him find his way.

Ferenc was attracted to Kingspan by the opportunity to combine his financial expertise with real involvement in the business. As his role developed, he moved beyond financial reporting and analysis to work more closely with operational and leadership teams, supporting decisions and business performance.

A major milestone came when he was appointed BU Financial Controller, giving him a broader view of the business and the opportunity to contribute more directly to its direction and objectives.

Today, Ferenc enjoys seeing the bigger picture, connecting financial, operational, commercial and strategic perspectives to help the business move forward. He also values being part of the diverse CEME region, where different cultures, markets and business environments create new opportunities to learn and grow.

His advice to anyone looking to develop their career at Kingspan is simple:

Stay curious, be proactive and embrace new challenges. Growth often starts just outside your comfort zone.

Outside work, Ferenc stays active through sports and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
