Kenan’s Journey

When Kenan joined Kingspan in 2007 as a Technical Advisor, he was completely new to the composite panel industry. What he remembers most from those early days is the support of his colleagues and managers, who made him feel welcome and part of the team from the very beginning.

Since then, his career has taken him through several areas of the business. From Technical Advisor to Technical Manager, Project Specifier and Area Sales Manager, each role brought new challenges, skills and perspectives. Today, Kenan is Regional Sales Manager for Team West in Germany, where he leads a sales team, shares his experience and helps improve the way the team works.

For Kenan, this journey shows what makes Kingspan a place to build a long-term career: the opportunity to learn, take on new challenges and move across different roles within an international business.
