Simona’s Journey

When Simona joined Kingspan in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative, she was looking for a company where she could grow and build a long-term career. From her first days, the support of her colleagues and the welcoming atmosphere made her feel that she had made the right choice.

Over the years, Simona grew alongside the business, taking on new challenges, adapting to change and building strong relationships with colleagues and customers. Today, she is a Customer Service Manager, using her experience to find practical solutions and make everyday improvements that support both customers and colleagues.

For Simona, one of the most rewarding parts of Kingspan is being surrounded by skilled people and having the opportunity to continuously learn from others. She especially values the diversity of CEME, where different countries, cultures and perspectives come together.

Her advice to anyone starting their own career journey is simple: stay true to yourself, be consistent and approach every challenge with commitment.

And when it’s time to recharge? Simona enjoys slowing down, spending time with her family and her parrot, and taking a well-earned break from deadlines.
